Biography
With extensive experience in the corrections field, Brad has over two decades of leadership expertise in correctional operations, staff supervision, building design and program development. He has served in various critical roles, including Facility Administrator, Supervising Officer, Sergeant and Correctional Officer demonstrating a strong track record in improving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with regulations and fostering a safe and secure environment.

Adept at overseeing facility administration and directing multidisciplinary teams, Brad specializes in strategic planning, building design, facility assessments, and staff training. Along with specialized certifications in leadership, crisis management and offender rehabilitation programs Brad also was a DOJ certified PREA Auditor and Emergency Response Commander.

In addition to Brad's vast amount of experience with both prisons and jails he also specializes in professional development for staff in various roles. His commitment to excellence is evident through his participation in numerous professional committees and initiatives aimed at advancing correctional practices.
